Scott Swierad, Owner

Swierad Builders LLC was started in 1989 by Scott Swierad.  As a teenager, Scott enjoyed creating things, and what started as a hobby turned into a career.  Scott has always envisioned building a company that provides high quality workmanship.  An industry expert with more than 30 years of experience in all phases of constructions, Scott has helped his clients with new construction, remodels, additions, and commercial projects.  He believes “no job is too small, in fact each construction project is unique”. 

Throughout his career in construction, Scott has built a reputation and his highly respected and trusted by many in the industry.  He has developed and trained his team of contractors that are highly knowledgeable and skillful.  Construction methods are always changing and improving which makes this career exciting for Scott and his team. 

In his spare time, Scott likes to enjoy the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.
